District Conference 2009-10 will be held in Somerset West at the Lord Charles Hotel on Saturday May 15th and 16th.  Assembly takes place on Friday, May 14th, 2010.

Rotary International Convention in 2010 takes place in Montreal, June 20th to 23rd.  With Newlands DGE Shân Biesman-Simons taking office that Rotary year, this is a particularly auspicious Convention for Newlands Rotarians to attend.
